Shipping

We know how excited our customers are to receive their new crystal products, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 2-4 working days. Estimated delivery time and carrier varies by destination:

 

  • International Economy DDU: 14-30 business days with tracking, delivered duty unpaid.
  • International Standard DDU: 7-10 business days with tracking, delivered duty unpaid.

 

All of our shipping materials are either reused, recyclable, or biodegradable, including our bubble wrap.

We pack our crystals with the utmost care. As such, we cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed/lost/stolen due to USPS.

International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen due to customs.

 

We ship all orders using a network of carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and more. The carrier used to ship each order depends on a variety of factors and unfortunately we are unable to advise customers which carrier will be used in advance.

Please note all international orders may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control.

Returns

Please note the following information applies to the bracelets and necklaces only.

Your satisfaction with our crystal products is 100% guaranteed!

 

We know you'll love your crystal products, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason simply follow below steps, and mail the products back to us and we'll provide a full refund, less the initial shipping charge, upon receipt.

 

Returns must be mailed to us within 7 days of the date you received the item. Returns after 7 days will be solely at our discretion and, if permitted, may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Please note that any returns must be mailed to us at your cost.

 

If you wish to make a return, then please email us first to service@gemii.com to initiate a return request and receive the return mailing address. Returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed. Returns that are sent to a different mailing address will be returned to sender. Please indicate the reason for your return in the email along with any photos if necessary for fastest processing.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

All crystal rough rocks, pets' collars are final sale and non-refundable. These products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Pet's collars are exchangeable for the sizes and please email to service@gemii.com.

 

As noted on each product page, our crystals are unique and natural items made by mother nature, and they will vary in color, size, shape, and weight. These are unique, natural gemstones and will therefore have variations which give them their own special beauty and character. They may also have slight imperfections and vary slightly from photos shown.

 

Exchanges and Reshipments

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We would like to gently remind you that without placing a subsequent order for a new item after your return has been accepted, a refund may not be possible.

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missed or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase,as well as a complete unboxing video as evidence.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
